Working with the Gardner Institute we developed the Gateways to Completion system (now called Gateway Course Experience™ Redesign), a comprehensive platform used by over 1,500 staff and faculty across 66 institutions in multiple states. This system was designed to support high-impact student success initiatives and plays a central role in improving retention and graduation rates. The system's success laid the foundation for future innovations, including our work on Foundations of Excellence and Retention Performance Management, further advancing student success initiatives at educational institutions.
